Storm Mountain Diamonds is pleased to announce the appointment of Neo Hoala as its new Corporate Chief Executive Officer, effective August 14, 2024. Hoala succeeds outgoing CCEO, Mohale Ralikariki, who is retiring.

A visionary leader with over 15 years of diverse industry experience, Hoala brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Storm Mountain Diamonds. Her professional journey spans various sectors, enhanced by an MBA from Stellenbosch University.

Hoala’s career is distinguished by numerous notable achievements and leadership roles. Prior to becoming CCEO of Storm Mountain Diamonds, she held several senior positions within the company, including Head of Finance for five years. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer in the insurance industry.

As a Chartered Accountant with memberships in the Lesotho Institute of Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK), Hoala is a seasoned financial expert. Her ability to drive profitability and maximize shareholder value is complemented by strong leadership and strategic vision.

With a proven track record in the mining industry and a strong financial foundation, Hoala is ideally positioned to drive Storm Mountain Diamonds' continued success. Her deep understanding of the diamond market, will be instrumental in shaping the company's future.
