To achieve this, we continually monitor and ensure compliance with relevant health and safety laws and standards.
We engage our employees in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment programs to ensure robust and comprehensive risk management processes.
The company controls risks in line with hierarchy of controls to promote effective risk mitigation strategies.
Occupational health surveillance is carried out to identify:-
whether employees are exposed to existing workplace hazards;
whether the control measures are effective;
if the worker is showing any biological or clinical changes that could indicate damaging exposure.
Our safety performance is regularly monitored for continuous improvement.
