Renovation and re-opening of the Ntlafatso Skills Training Center in Mohale’s Hoek

Ntlafatso is a Vocational Training School which offers a variety of vocational courses such as plumbing, bricklaying, sewing, cooking and catering.

Storm Mountain Diamonds (Kao) has renovated the previously closed Ntlafatso Skills Training center in Mohale’s Hoek, fully funding the school with materials and equipment needed for the various courses and food for those boarding at the facility.

The first 24 students (fully funded) from Kao and neighboring villages have been selected and enrolled at the Ntlafatso Skills Training Center to acquire different skills in-order to empower them to make a living. SMD will continue sending Kao youth to Ntlafatso Skills Training Center over the next couple of years until the youth of Kao are all skilled and empowered.
